To provide a spring assembly configured to prevent an inner coil spring from coming off when in use and to enable easy assembling inexpensively.
A spring assembly includes an outer coil spring 2, an inner coil spring 3 arranged inside the outer coil spring 2, and a fixing member 5 fixing the outer coil spring 2 and the inner coil spring 3 at predetermined parts 2c, 3b. The fixing member 5 is fitted into the predetermined parts 2c, 3b arranged in the middle of the inner coil spring 3 continued in a winding central axis direction 10, where gaps between the wound coils on the outer coil spring 2 and the inner coil spring 3 overlap each other when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the winding central axis direction 10 of the outer coil spring 2 and the inner coil spring 3.
