Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve corrosion-proof characteristic and at the same time improve torque characteristic by a method some fine particles of tetrafluoroethylene resion are coatd on a surface of a spring of carbon steel. CONSTITUTION:Some fine particles of tetrafluoroethylene resin are coated on the surface of a spring belt of carbon steel. This processing agent has a capability of removing rusts as well as preventing corrosions. That is, the rusts or corrosions in the friction surface increase the friction resistance, resulting in that the wearing action is increased. Tetrafluoroethylene resin destroys the crystal structure at the surface having rusts thereon, the rusts are removed, a film is formed with the moisture adhered to the surface being removed and then the adhering of moisture and the promoting of rusts may be prevented.
