Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker of spring biased type, in which a shunk rod (chisel) can be struck by a striking force due to the fall of a weight hammer moved by a rotor and a biasing force of a spring, so that an always constant load is applied to a motor for driving said rotor and the impact number per unit time can be increased while suppressing the noise level due to the impact.SOLUTION: When any of cam pawls 4a to 4d belonging to a rotor 4 is retained in one weight hammer 2 and reciprocated and is then released from the retention of the weight hammer 2, said rotor is so driven by one motor that another of said cam pawls may be retained by the other weight hammer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
