The headrest assembly is provided with a head support 14 connected to a rail 56, and the rail 56 is adjustably mounted to a housing 12. Therefore, the headrest assembly is movable between a use position and a stow position. A lock member 20 is engaged with the rail 56 in the use position and operably disengaged from rail 56 to initiate movement from the use position to the stow position. Specifically, when the lock member 20 is disengaged from the rail 56, the rail is biased to the stow position, and the headrest assembly 10 is moved from the use position to the stow position. The headrest assembly 10 is also coordinated into a seat assembly such that the movement of a seatback 68 from a use position to a stow position concurrently causes the headrest assembly 10 to move from the use position to the stow position.
