Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring material capable of realizing a pressure roller which can uniformly press a pressed object having irregularity, and to provide the pressure roller and a cutter roller using the spring material.SOLUTION: A disc-shaped spring material 1 is constituted by coaxially stacking a plurality of coil springs 2A, 2B. The coil spring 2A (2B) is composed of a substantially spiral spring composed of a plate material having a coil spring 5 spirally formed, an annular inner ring portion 6 formed integrally with an inner peripheral end portion of the coil spring 5, and an annular outer ring portion 4 formed integrally with an outer peripheral end portion of the coil spring 5. By coaxially stacking the coil springs 2A, 2B, the plurality of coil springs 2A, 2B are symmetrically formed and coaxially stacked such that a stress generates approximately evenly in all the directions of the spring material 1 in being displaced by a predetermined amount from a radial outer part toward the central direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
