Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring member capable of holding a first structure and a second structure at a desired interval even when deformation amounts by loads acting thereon are different.SOLUTION: A spring member includes a cylinder 2 fixed to one of a first structure 11 and a second structure 12, a rod 3 relatively displaceably inserted in an axial direction to the cylinder 2 and fixed to the other of the first structure 11 and the second structure 12, a support plate 4 mounted inside of the cylinder 2, a push plate 5 mounted on the rod 3, and a spring element 6 in which a group of disc springs 61 in which a plurality of disc springs 62 are arranged in series and/or in parallel, is disposed between the support plate 4 and the push plate 5 inside of the cylinder 2, and constituted to be elastically expanded and contracted by relative displacement in the axial direction, between the support plate 4 and the push plate 5, and a push plate position adjustment portion 7 is further disposed to adjust an axial position of the push plate 5 to the rod 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
