PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it takes a lot of troubles and needs large-scale work to change the height of a hand rail.
SOLUTION: A spring for a movable piece set in a piece body has a square frame shape, fitting recessed portions set on the piece body are formed on upper and lower frames, and a swelled portion projecting to the outside from the side face of the piece body, formed on a side frame, so that the side frame has a spring property for being deformed inward when it is pressed inward and restored outward when the pressing is released. The spring for the movable piece is set on the piece body to be used as the movable piece. The movable piece, a rail 1 on which the movable piece is set, the hand rail and a mounting flange for mounting furniture such as a shelf on the movable piece are set to be used as a sliding material for mounting an article. The article is slidably mounted on the wall surface of a house by using the sliding material, and thus this article mounting structure is provided.
