PURPOSE: To avert generation of a damage and slack at a fixed point without flawing a work by connecting coil springs or leaf springs between pins and clips fixed to a wall.

CONSTITUTION: The coil spring 2 is attached to the clip 1 and the pin 3 is attached at its terminal. The coil spring 2 is attached to the clip 1 and the pins 5, 6 having a function to adjust the length of a lead wire are attached to the terminal via a cord 4. Further, the leaf spring is combined with the clip 1 and this leaf spring is fixed by the pin 3 while the spring is pulled. The state of applying tension on the object to be displayed at all times is formed in such a manner. Then, dealing with the elongation and contraction according to a change in temp. and humidity is made possible and the slack is eliminated. Replacing of the object to be displayed is thus facilitated. Dealing with the objects to be displayed of any sizes is made possible by adjusting the length of the cord in the case of use of the fixed pins. Further, the damaging of the object to be displayed as in the case of use of push pins or tapes does not arise any more.
