Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of each section caused by inertia energy of a rotary transfer part in case of accidents such as power failure and so on by inserting a one way clutch between a output shaft and reducer mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In case of forward rotation between a gear wheel 4 and an output shaft 3, rotation is transferred from the gear wheel 4 to the direction of the output shaft 3, but in case of reverse rotation, a one way clutch 17, which does not transfer rotation, is inserted. In case of forward rotation of a motor 1, rotation of the motor 1 is transferred to the output shaft 3 through the one way clutch 17, and in case of reverse rotation of the motor 1, rotation of the motor 1 is cut off by the one way clutch 17 so that it is not transferred to the output shaft 3. In case of the reverse rotation, the output shaft 3 is rotated reversedly by operation of a spring 6, and speeds of the output shaft 3 in case of the reverse rotation are regulated by the motor 1.
