Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring seat capable of reducing its weight and preventing a damaged spring from falling to a wheel.SOLUTION: A lower spring seat 31 is attached to a cylinder 10 into which an attenuation device is incorporated, and supports an end part on a wheel side of a coil spring 30 arranged between a vehicle body and the wheel. The spring seat includes a mounting part to which the end part on the wheel side of the coil spring 30 is mounted, and an enlarged diameter part positioned on a side opposite to a cylinder side with respect to the mounting part and arranged between the coil spring 30 and the wheel. The mounting part and the enlarged diameter part are composed of resin.
