Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring sheet assembling device which can easily assemble a spring sheet into a cylinder head while reliably retaining the spring sheet with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A spring sheet assembling device 1 includes a guide member 4 which can be inserted into a pore part of a spring sheet, an engagement part 32 which is disposed movably along the axial direction of the guide member 4, a retention member 6 retractably operated in the radial direction of the guide member 4 and an operation part 30 which retractably operates the retention member 6. Therein, the guide member 4 is inserted into the pore part of the spring sheet while the retention member 6 is subjected to retreating operation when the spring sheet is retained with the guide member 4, thereafter, the retention member 6 is subjected to advancing operation and, when the spring sheet is assembled to the interior of the cylinder head while receiving dead weight of the spring sheet with the retention member 6, the retention member 6 is subjected to retreating operation and, thereby, the assembling to the interior of the cylinder head is performed by dead weight of the spring sheet.
