Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide front hanging spectacles of a spring up type which facilitate the attachment and detachment operation to and from spectacles and are excellent in the stability in a mounting state.
SOLUTION: The front hanging spectacles 1 freely attachably and detachably mounted at the spectacles 7 have a mounting frame 12 formed by connecting the top ends of right and left curved pieces 10, 10 curving along the outer side edges of the right and left lens parts 3, 3 of the spectacles 7 by means of connecting pieces 11. A front hanging spectacle body 40 having auxialiary lens parts 37, 37 capable of covering the right and left lens parts 3, 3 from the front surface side is pivotally mounted at this mounting frame 12 in such a manner that this body may be sprung up. The top and bottom of the right and left portions of the mounting frame 12 are provided with upper and lower engaging bodies 23, 27 for prohibiting the vertical and lateral movements of the mounting frame 12. These upper and lower engaging bodies 23, 27 consist of front engaging parts 22, 26 which can engage with the front surfaces of the lens parts 3 and rear engaging parts 20, 25 which can engage with the outer peripheral surfaces 17 of the lens parts and the corner parts on the rear side of the lens parts.
