Abstract:
To make improvements regarding the wear, puncture and impact of tires due to instantaneous rotation of wheels of an aircraft, mainly a fixed- blade aircraft upon landing, and a resulting increase in the weight of the airframe structure, rubber debris, and noises.
A runway is sprinkled with water, snow, artificial snow or the like to intentionally cause slip to achieve the improvements without remolding the aircraft at all.
