Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a moulded article by providing a synthetic resin fitting on one end of a metallic pipe body having a corrugated part, and embedding a metal on the end face and/or inner surface of the fitting subject to the shock in flaring the pipe body.
SOLUTION: An unwinding pipe comprises a stainless steel pipe body in which a straight pipe and a corrugated part are alternately arranged, and a fitting 10c of revolution type which is formed of the heat resistant hard vinyl chloride and provided on an end straight pipe part 6b, and joined with the end of the synthetic resin pipe 4 through the fitting 10c. The adhesive is applied to an inner circumferential surface of a pipe socket part 30 of the fitting 10c and an outer circumferential surface of the pipe 4, the end of the pipe 4 is inserted in the pipe socket part 30, and held for the prescribed time so as to be connected to each other. The fitting 10c is fitted to the end straight pipe part 6b, the end straight pipe part 6b is flared to form a flared part 21 and a swollen part 23. A metal material 37 is embedded in advance in the end face and the inner surface of a joint body 29 to receive the shock during the working. Breakage of the joint body 29 which is a synthetic resin formed body can be prevented.
