Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a loom with selvedge-formers in which a selvedge-former and a rotary driving device thereof hardly prevent a removable loom part from being removed, and hardly obstruct the reassembling of the removable loom part and stationary loom part.
CONSTITUTION: This sprit loom having a stationary loom part 2 and a removable loom part 3 has selvedge-formers 21 housed in the removable loom part 2, and at least one of the selvedge-formers 21 is driven by a shaft entering the loom. The shaft is optionally held by the removable loom part 3 and is connectable by a separate clutch to a drive shaft mounted on the stationary loom part.
