Abstract:
A gear device (X1) comprises: a crankshaft having an eccentric portion; an oscillating gear configured to rotate in an oscillated manner, accompanied by rotation of the eccentric portion; and a restraint member restraining a motion of a relevant crankshaft associated with the axial direction of the crankshaft. The restraint member includes: a support unit to be held which is held and supported by a carrier; and a thick unit arranged on a position not coming into contact with the carrier and configured to have a thicker axial direction than that of the support unit to be held. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gear device capable of restraining a restraint member from being bent and being larger.
