PURPOSE: To improve the squeezing performance of soybean juice and treat a large amount of soybean juice efficiently in a short time by providing a sufficient and large space in correspondence to the diameter portion of the rollers above the squeezing mechanism for filter, with respect to the feed port of the boiling soybean juice.
CONSTITUTION: This boiling soybean juice squeezer filters out soybean milk portion by eliminating the squeezing by the rolling pressure action of the both rollers of the squeeze mechanism in the operation process of the filter for the soybean juice to be fed into the filter. Particularly, the squeezing for the soybean juice is performed for every changing-over operation of forward and backward of the filter. Hence, as compared to the conventional squeezer which performs pressure squeezing by continuously rotating, e.g., a drum-form filter, in one direction and by the pressure roller disposed at one portion on the outside circumference, this device is capable of fully utilizing the effective squeeze area of the filter and permits the execution of the squeezing operation with good efficiency.
