Abstract:
To provide a pipe material drilling device which ensures a sufficient space of a storage part for scraps which are generated when drilling a pipe material having a thick board thickness, and eliminates interference between a pilot metal mold and scraps or the like.SOLUTION: A pilot metal mold, which is used in a drilling device for processing a pipe material comprises, an outer metal mold unit located on an outer side of the pipe material and an inner metal mold unit which is inserted into the pipe material, and performs processing of the pipe material in cooperation with a punch of the outer metal mold unit, is configured as follows. A pilot metal mold P is provided with such a mechanism that the pilot metal mold P does not deeply enter into the inner metal mold unit when drilling the pipe material, whereby scraps which are generated when drilling the pipe material having a thick board thickness, can be easily blown out by air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
