To eliminate waste, etc., from being caught between blades and a floor surface by arranging a sturdy film plate whose bottom end has such a length as touching with the floor face, in the inside of a blade in a device which scrapes sewage after washing so as to absorb it by the flexible blades.

A floor surface cleaner is provided with a squeegee 6 which is coupled with the rear part of a device 1 for absorbing and recovering sewage left on a floor surface into a sewage tank by absorption force of a blower 10T. This squeegee 6 is provided with two front/rear blades 6b, 6c arranged in a case body 6a and a film plate 6T arranged inside the rear blade 6c. When waste, etc., are caught between the end 6c1 of the blade 6c and the floor surface during absorption driving and the floor surface cleaner is retreated, the film plate 6T is bent in the advancing direction, the waste, etc., caught by the bottom end 6T1 of the film plate 6T are drawn forward and flicked out by its spring resiliency so that the caught waste, etc., can be removed.
