The inside of a grip part becomes a tank 1 of watertight structure. In addition, the water raising bodies 2 and 4 with capillary operation such as porous matters like sponge are arranged with in a channel held watertight and is extended to the part 5 from the inside of a tank 1. In addition, the rubber part is fitted to a clip part by a connection part 3 in the state of being angularly adjustable. Consequently, when the washing liquid is not required to apply, it is easy to avoiding the part 5 from contact with a glass surface by only changing an angle with respect to the glass surface.
