Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate friction of tube and the need to contain glycerin in the pump case by producing friction onto the inner face of slide belt and the upper face of a press dish.

CONSTITUTION: During operation, proper amount of lubricant is fed to the inner face of endless slide belts 11, 11 convering the upper face of press dishes 10, 10, so the iron plate face and Teflon contacting with the upper face of the press dishes 10, 10 and the inner face of slide belts 11, 11 will slide while the tube face 5 and the outer face of slide belts 11, 11 contacting with rubber will never slide. Consequently, friction is produced on the inner face of slide belts 11, 11 and the upper face of press dishes 10, 10 to prevent abrasion of tube 5.
