Abstract:

To uniformly dispense a filled fluid material by a physical external pressurizing means to the last drop without bringing it into contact with air.

A squeeze pinching tool is formed by bending a squeeze pinching plate 21 formed of a rectangular flexible synthetic resin plate into an inverted V-shape. Penetration avoiding holes 24 enabling penetration of a threaded portion of dispensing outlet of a filling container 30 are provided symmetrically back and forth at the upper central position of a pinching face part 23 extended downward in a shape of being widened toward the end from an inverted V-shaped top part 22, and in the upward direction of the penetration avoiding hole, a support ring 25 forming a fastening and fixing hole 26 fastening and fixing a filling container is molded in a state of being supported on ribs 28 raised along the ridge line of the top part. Means of dispensing a fluid material S filled in the filling container by a physical external pressurizing means, in a state where the dispensing outlet 31 of the filling container is positioned above the top part of the squeeze pinching plate, and a means of covering both opened side faces of the inverted V-shape formed of the squeeze pinching plate with a coated safety cover 40, are employed.
