Abstract:
To lengthen the service life of a pumping tube by reducing damage of the inner surface of the pumping tube in a squeeze type concrete pump using a tapered pumping tube gradually increased in thickness toward the delivery side.
The center angle θ of a circular-arc part of a pumping tube 3 where a roller 7 is pressed to roll is extended to about 205 degrees larger than 180 degrees. The moving distance of the roller 7 in the pressed state of the pumping tube 3 is elongated so that the rate of pressurizing a closed chamber by movement of the roller 7 is made higher than the air content of freshly mixed concrete in the closed chamber.
