Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the recoil strength of a tube used in a squeezing concrete pump, by forming a pump case in a hermetical manner, and charging a liquid in the pump case.
CONSTITUTION: When a pair of rollers 4 are turned in tight contact with a tube 7, a vacuum space V is formed. By the vacuum force of the vacuum space V, the tube 7 flattened restores its round cross section. Since the frictional heat produced by relative slipping of the surfaces of a pad 6, the tube 7 and the rollers 4 is absorbed by a liquid in a pump case 1, it is enabled to increase the recoil strength of the tube used in a squeezing concrete pump.
