Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a SQUID element which can be easily and surely connected electrically and its mounting method.
CONSTITUTION: A SQUID loop is formed on a SQUID substrate 1 and the dimensions of SQUID electrodes t1-t4 for inputting and outputting from and to the loop are increased. The corresponding electrodes T1-T4 of the electrodes t1-t4 are provided on an external device and the electrodes T1-T4 are electrically connected to their corresponding electrodes t1-t4 by putting and compressing indium grains M-M4 between the electrodes T1-T4 and t1-t4.
