Title:
SQUID FLUXMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2532028
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a SQUID fluxmeter having a coolant feeding line which is jointless and resists clogging.
CONSTITUTION: This SQUID fluxmeter has a liquid helium tank 2, a flexible liquid helium transfer tube 3, a measuring apparatus 4, and a pressurizing device 9 for feeding and discharging helium, the measuring apparatus 4 including a sealed storage container 7 in the form of a hollow cylinder; a detecting coil bobbin 5 formed from a high heat conducting ceramics into an approximately cylindrical shape with an opening therein and stored via a vacuum layer; a line, etc., inserted in the opening to circulate within the opening the liquid helium L continuously fed thereto and then to continuously discharge the helium; a detecting coil 11 provided near the end of the bobbin; and a SQUID 6 for converting the detected external magnetic flux into electrical data.
