Title:
SQUID FLUXMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05297088
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a means for eliminating the high frequency component of external magnetic noise unnecessary for measuring biomagnetism and making unstable the function of a SQUID fluxmeter which is used for measuring very weak magnetic field generated by a living body.

CONSTITUTION: The title system is constituted of a pickup coil 5 to detect a measured magnetic flux, an input coil 6 forming a superconducting closed loop together with the pickup coil 5, a SQUID sensor 7 consisting of a superconducting loop including a Josephson device and a high frequency noise elimination coil 4 consisting of normally conducting or superconducting material having a desired resistance value which is put near the pickup coil 5.
