Abstract:
To provide a squirrel-cage rotor manufacture of which is facilitated.SOLUTION: A squirrel-cage rotor 1 has a shaft 2, a rotor bar 4 and a short circuit ring 5, and a rotor laminate core 3. At least a part of the short circuit ring consists of a disk packet 7 constituted in layer of disks 6 having a recess 63, the end of the rotor bar passes the disk, and passes from the rotor laminate core, the disk packet of one short circuit ring consists of multiple individual disks having the same diameter, and adjoining disks of one short circuit ring 5 are coupled over the outer boundary by using weldment coupling parts 71, 72, 73 extending inward down to the weldment depth, with the jacket face 61 as the end face as the origin. When multiple weldment coupling parts between disks continuous to each other are continuous to each other in the axial direction, weldment depth of at least one weldment coupling part is different from those of the remaining weldment coupling parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
