Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent starting as well as to improve driving characteristics by a method wherein thin rion plates, havig an inclined slot, are divided into a plurality of blocks, esch block is laminated alternately in laminating direction and the slot bottom is aligned on a straight line. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of slot 2, having the prescribed inclination to the radial lines coming out from the center of the thin iron plates, are formed on the outer circumference of the thin iron plates 1, which are laminated by dividing into a plurality of blocks 11 and 12 in such a manner that the direction of lamination is reversed to each block and the bottom section 13 of the slots of each block is alined on an axial straight line. Then, a diecasting is performed on a cage wiring 5, consisting of the conductor 3 located in the slot 2 and an end ring, an annular short-circuit ring 14 is provided between blocks 11 and 12, and the conductor in the slot is short-circuited. Through these procedures, a skew is provided equivalently on the conductor 3 in the slot and the varnishing process to be performed on the inner surface of the slot is unnecessitated.
