Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the force fight decrease effect by compensating the stability of a control of an electric/hydraulic servo-system, based on a difference between a different signal of output signals of a lagging means and a differentiating means, and a signal which has been brought to two-stage amplification of a reference input signal. CONSTITUTION:An output of a first stage amplifier 24 is subjected to a processing of a first-order lag by a first-order lagging circuit 28 and supplied to a summing amplifier 23, and to the summing amplifier 23, that which has differentiated an output of a filter circuit 30 by a differentiating circuit 29 is also supplied. Subsequently, the summing amplifier 23 subtracts outputs of the primary lagging circuit 28 and the differentiating circuit 29 and sends them to a summing amplifier 22 through a feedback amplifier 26, and an output of the summing amplifier 22 is sent to a compensating circuit. In such a way, while compensating the stability, the responsiveness is raised and the force fight decrease effect can be improved.
