Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of stabilizing a wooden material to reduce expansion and shrinkage of a wooden material due to water absorption or discharge.
CONSTITUTION: In a method by which a wooden material 40 is placed in a sealed space which is formed between heating plates 50 of a hot plate press, heated to evaporate moisture in the wooden material at high pressure and stabilized, pressure release is performed gradually to prevent steam accumulated in the wooden material from being released suddenly and causing structural breakage by adjusting a flow rate regulator 17.
