Abstract:
To provide a stabilized DC power supply capable of managing the information of a winding component subjected to an external surge as lifetime information.
A DC voltage is generated by applying AC 100V to a full wave rectifying circuit 3 through a noise filter circuit 2. When an external surge emerging on the output side of the noise filter circuit 2 exceeds a specified level, discharge tubes 11 and 12 begin to discharge, and a discharge current flows into photocouplers 15 and 16 through resistors 13 and 14 thus emitting light from light emitting diodes 151 and 161. Consequently, photodiodes 152 and 162 are turned on and a pulse is inputted to a writing circuit 18 thus storing the arriving times of external surge in an EEPROM 19.
