To simplify a structure, set a size compactly, and reduce a weight by taking a payload stabilizing assembly so as to perform an angular motion on a base assembly around two or more axes which are different from each other while carrying by the base assembly capable of fixing on a support structure body.
One end of a first angular adjustment arm 30 is rotatably taken to an attaching arm 28 by a bearing 32 around an axis A so as to perform an angular motion having a constant quantity which is restricted with respect to the attaching arm 28 of a payload stabilized assembly 14 around an axis A. A second angular adjustment arm 34 and a payload carrier 40 are rotatably taken to the other ends of the angular adjustment arms 30 and 34 so as to perform an angular motion having a constant quantity which is restricted with respect to the angular adjustment arms 30 and 34 around an axis B and a vertical axis C, and axes A, B, and C extending from the payload stabilized assembly 14 upward encounter in a point D in a circumferential part of a payload.
