Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvement of steering stability compatible with that of a riding comfortableness by a method wherein a spring constant in the low load area of a stabilizer bush is reduced and a spring constant at a high load area is increased. SOLUTION: An axially extending recessed part 21 is formed in the top surface 11 of a thick cylindrical vibration control rubber 1 of which a stabilizer bush consists, and an exially extending recessed part 22 is formed in a bottom positioned facing the aforesaid recessed part. By a pair of recessed parts 21 and 22, spring characteristics in the vertical direction of the a vehicle are such that a spring constant at a low load area is reduced and that of at a high load area is increased and steering stability and a riding comfortableness are improved.
