For a length in a travel direction of a wrapping drive member of a guide rail 7, a length L1 from a position of being supported by a stopper 8 to an intrusion side end of the wrapping drive member becomes larger than a length L2 from the position of being supported by the stopper 8 to an advance side end of the wrapping drive member.
