Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer which comprises a regulation ring for withstanding a larger component load, and can prevent positional displacement in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A stabilizer 1 comprises a regulation ring 10 which is connected to a torsion part 2 in a connecting region 2B adjacent to a bush B. The regulation ring 10 has a main body 11, a female part 13, a male part 12 and a weld part 14. The female part 13 has a pair of gripping parts 32, 33 whose intervals become small as separating from a trough bottom part 31. The male part 12 has a neck part 21, an expansion part 22 and a contraction part 23. The neck part 21 is inserted between tips 32D, 33D of the pair of gripping parts 32, 33. The expansion part 22 becomes large in an axial direction X as separating from the neck part 21. The contraction part 23 becomes small in the axial direction as separating from the neck part 21. The weld part 14 covers ranges of at least the contraction part 23 and the trough bottom part 31, and is welded into a plate thickness direction Z from an external peripheral face 10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
