In the stabilizer 1 provided with a torsion bar 2, which extends in the width direction of the vehicle and is supported on the axle beam 7 of rear wheels, a pair of arms 3A extending from both ends of the torsion bar 2 toward the rear section of thevehicle, and a pair of link members 4A, an end and the other end sections of which are connected to a body and the tip of the arm 3a respectively so as to be rotatable, the torsion bar 2 is connected to the axle beam 7 of the rear wheels at least near both ends in the width direction of the vehicle, and the link angle α made by the straight line L3 passing both ends of each of the arms 3A and the straight line L4 passing both ends of each of the link members 4A is set so as to become larger than 90 degrees while only the driver rides on the vehicle.
