To provide a new agrochemical dispersion which gives improved stability, a small initial particle size and an increased agrochemical content in the dispersion.

This stable agrochemical dispersion comprises (a) an agrochemical (i) having a melting point 50 to 250°C, (ii) stably having the melting point, and (iii) having a particle size of <10 μm in the dispersion, (b) an oil for agrochemical, and (c) a specific oil-soluble polymer, and is prepared by (a) a process for mixing the agrochemical with the agrochemical oil and the oil-soluble polymer, (b) a process for heating the mixture at a higher temperature than the melting point of the agrochemical until the agrochemical is melted, and (c) a process for mixing the mixture until giving the homogeneous blended product.
