Abstract:
To provide a silage additive to use tea dregs as a reutilization method for tea dregs, and enabling smooth lactic acid fermentation without using a subsidiary material to obtain a high-quality silage and to provide a silage produced by using the additive.
A high-quality silage containing rich lactic acid and little butyric acid is produced by adding one or more materials selected from the tea tree, tea stem, collected residue of tea leaves, tea leaves, tea dregs, tea liquid clarification residue and tea liquid filtration residue of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, pu-erh tea, kannon tea, etc., to a silage raw material and carrying out anaerobic fermentation without using other subsidiary materials.
