PURPOSE: To stack thin products such as CD-S's (single compact discs) straight without making them lean even if the products having different thickness on right and left ends are to be stacked in a stack-boxing apparatus for stacking and boxing a specific number of the products.

CONSTITUTION: A stack-boxing apparatus comprises a first stacking means 9 for vertically stacking a specific number of carried products 2 for sequentially discharging them, a product rotating means 20 for rotating every two stacked products sequentially discharged from the first stacking means entirely by 180° and sending them out, a second stacking means 31 for stacking the stacked products sequentially fed from the product rotating means into vertical two stages fro discharging and a boxing means 36 for collecting a specific number of the stacked products which have been stacked in two stages sequentially discharged from the second stacking means into a specific package 4.
