Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack cooling water adjusting valve for a fuel cell vehicle in which water leakage prevention and durability are improved by a seal method in a new mode.SOLUTION: There are provided a plunger and a plunger shaft for selectively opening/closing ports of a body housing containing the ports connected to each of a fuel battery stack, a pump, and a radiator. At a hole of an actuator housing through which the plunger shaft penetrates, a seal is attached to a periphery of the plunger shaft for sealing. Relating to the seal, a space part whose one side is opened is formed, and by a pressure of the cooling water that flows into the space part, a shaft sealing part tightly contacting to the plunger shaft is pressurized toward the plunger shaft side.
