PURPOSE: To increase the productivity of a line by placing plural stacks on a pallet, by carrying them to the press line, then by feeding each stack by positioning it in order to a destacking device.
CONSTITUTION: The large-sized main pallet 10 which can place plural stacks 1 thereon is arranged in the direction of a press line and in the stack carry-in direction. On the pallet 10, plural apertures 12 through which the pushup rod 11 of a lifter 4 is penetrated are provided and at the upper part thereof, a destacking device 8 is set up as well. A metallic plate is continuously fed one sheet by one sheet to the press line by carrying the pallet 10 which placed plural stacks 1 thereon into the press line with a conveyor 3 and by locating each stack 1 in order to the destacking device 8. In this way, the moving distance of the pallet 1 is remarkably reduced and the productivity of the line is increased.
