To provide a stack structure of a fuel cell capable of efficiently housing the laminate of a power generation cell in a box-like casing.
A first end plate 91 is provided with an engagement cuts 88 at all four sides. Only one side connected to the sides of the first end plate 91 on side panels 93-96 is provided with an engagement cuts 89. The first end plate 91 are assembled with the side panels 93-96 by splicing the engagement cuts 88 and 89 together, with a shear pin 97 penetrating for fixing. The second end plate 92 is provided with a plurality of tapping holes 45 at the end faces of its four sides. The first to fourth side panels 93-96 are provided with nibs 46 corresponding to the tapping holes 45 at the end of one side connected to the sides of the second end plate 92.
