To achieve miniaturization, weight reduction, cost reduction, and a high efficiency of heat transfer and to make it easy to change the design of a heat-exchanging capability for mass production.
This stacked heat exchanger includes a plurality of first thin sheets 123, 123 and so forth which are formed with a plurality of methanol/water channels 123a, 123a and so forth for use in fine passages 120x, 120x and so forth for methanol/water M through which methanol/water M used in a fuel cell flows; a plurality of second thin sheets 124, 124 and so forth which are formed with a plurality of combustion gas channels 124a, 124a and so forth for use in fine combustion gas passages 120y, 120y and so forth through which combustion gas G3 flows; and a combustion catalyst 125 provided in the fine passages 120y, 120y and so forth. The plurality of first thin sheets 123, 123 and so forth and the second thin sheets 124, 124 and so forth are stacked alternately.
