The sucking means is vertically movably mounted by the operation of an up-and-down mechanism, and tilted by the specific angle by the motion of a tilting mechanism integrated with a lower part of the up-and-down mechanism. The tilting mechanism is operated when the warping of the sheet material is needed to set the sucking means in a tilted state, and is not operated when the warping of the sheet material is not needed to set the sucking means in a non-tilted state.
