To provide a laminated solid-state imaging apparatus for amplifying the light received with a photoelectric converting unit provided on a semiconductor substrate.
The laminated solid-state imaging apparatus comprises a semiconductor substrate where a first photoelectric converting unit for detecting the light of the first wavelength and a second photoelectric converting unit for detecting the light of the second wavelength are arranged in two dimensions, and a photoconverting film laminated on the semiconductor substrate to detect the light of a third wavelength. The photoelectric converting film is connected, in each pixel, with pixel electrode films allocated keeping constant interval and the first photoelectric converting unit and the second photoelectric converting unit are allocated between the pixel electrode films when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the semiconductor substrate.
