To provide a stacking carrying-out apparatus efficiently stacking containers on a carrying-out carrier by simple operation.

The stacking carrying-out apparatus includes a reception stand receiving the container conveyed; a lift device vertically moving with respect to the reception stand and lifting the container to a support position set above the reception stand; a support and conveyance device equipped with a support means capable of supporting and releasing the container and performing vertical movement between a first position where it can be in a state capable of supporting the container in the support position and a second position above the first position, reciprocation between the second position and a third position and vertical movement between the third position and a stack position set below the third position; a carrying-out carrier vertical movement device vertically moving with respect to the stack position to raise the carrying-out carrier to the stack position and lower it to a carrying-out position; and a control device controlling operation of the lift device, the support and conveyance device and the carrying-out carrier vertical movement device.
