For solving the problem, this stacking and conveying device comprises: a reciprocating transfer platform reciprocating between a receiving position and a stacking position and conveying containers to be stacked from the receiving position to the stacking position; a lifter assembly for lifting container support means supporting the containers to be stacked in a vertical direction to the stacking position; a space part receiving a conveying cart to load the stacked containers and convey them to the outside, and provided in a lifting path of the container support means, and a control device controlling a reciprocating action of the reciprocating transfer platform and a lifting action of the container support means.
