In a device 1 to stack cloth products or the like A carried on a conveyor 13, it is provided with a pusher 40 capable of elevation to push up the cloth products or the like A on the conveyor 13, and a pair of holding members 45a, 45b which can be freely opened/closed to hold the cloth products or the like A above the conveyor 13, and these holding members 45a, 45b have notched parts 49 for letting the pusher 40 pass through in the condition where the holding members 45a, 45b are closed to each other.
