PURPOSE: To improve working accuracy and work efficiency at the time of correcting and working a hole by forming a device for correcting and working staggered holes to be small-sized and light-weighted.

CONSTITUTION: A circular cutter 5 is installed in a chuck 3 of a handy drill 2 through an adapter 4. A bracket 8 is fixed on the other side part of a handle bar 6 projected on the handy drill 2, and a slide hole part 9a of a fixture 9 is put on a slide part 8a provided on the lower end part of the bracket 8. When two plates are joined to each other, if the positions of a hole 25a of the surface plate 21 and a hole 25b of the back plate 22 stagger, the circular cutter 5 is inserted in the hole 25a of the surface plate 21 having the hole staggered, and the fixture 9 is inserted in a hole 23 adjacent to the staggered hole. When the handy drill 2 is operated to rotate the circular cutter 5 and simultaneously vertical pressing force is applied to the handy drill 2, a hole 25c overlapping the hole 25a is bored in the back plate 22.
